Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the KIO platform (KIOSTORE, KIOPOS, KIO Profile, KIO Core), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service & Subscription

• KIO offers a free-forever plan with no commission on sales
• Paid plans providing additional features are available as listed on the pricing page
• KIO reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice
• KIOPOS requires a separate annual subscription starting from 30,000 DZD

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to:

• Sell products that violate Algerian law
• Commit fraud or commercial deception
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Send spam or malicious content
• Engage in any activity that harms other users or the platform

4. Data Ownership

Your data (products, orders, customer data) belongs entirely to you. KIO claims no ownership rights over your store's content. You may export your data at any time.

5. Service Level (SLA)

KIO commits to 99.9% monthly service availability. In the event of outages beyond our control (force majeure), KIO shall not be liable for any resulting losses.

6. Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard or by contacting our support team. KIO reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Algiers.
